From my high school days, i have been involved in organizing cultural activites but this time even though i was helping out with planning i couldn't do much because of my daughter. I was little disappointed and frustrated with her but i think its a phase and will pass. Next year probably i will be involved in bigger way. Mash the banana properly. Add sugar, salt to it and mash properly.
Add curd and little baking soda. Mix it.
Add wheat flour and Maida(All purpose flour) and mix it. Dough shouldn't be soft. Once done, don't refriegrate and allow it to ferment. After fermentation, the dough will become soft.
Make small puris and fry it.
I usually make the dough in the night and fry it in the morning.Buns can be stored and had for couple of days.
