Obsession with Slimness

Why are some people judgemental ?????  For Example, Many of us think fat people eat a lot of fatty food, sweets, chocolates etc, etc...and are not physically fit which may not be the case. There are many people around me who are slim and give advices to fat ones to do yoga, aerobics or go gyming. Why so???? Just being slim gives them the right to give advice. I know for sure not one of them would have followed any fitness regime till date. On the other hand, today I was watching a television show where a person really in obese state was able to do 20 pushups. I was amazed looking at it. Everybody doesn't have slim body because there may be medical conditions. I suffer from PCOD and post the high risk pregnancy,I have gained weight. Few years back I was slim but i was not able to run on a treadmill for 5 minutes. Today I can run for 20 minutes. Hopefully one day, I will start participating in annual marathon.

People join gym, aerobics, yoga class.Most of them quit very fast. I think, we should stay determined and not quit. We should thrive to become fit than slim, weight loss will follow automatically.

First Post yayay

Its been a long, long time that I wanted to put my thoughts in a blog but kept postponing. I had an excuse everytime not to. I was too busy working, studying,etc etc. Now that I am a mom of 16 month old sweet angel and i have lots to share on little things which happen around me and new found passion for fitness, i thought its the right time. So HELLO!!!!! to the world of Blogging.
